SECRETS OF THE SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY

                                     

What a great day. I was going through my notes and came across one of the teachings of Dr Paul Enenche with the above title which in other words, means the strategies to adopt to succeed this year and I felt impressed to share this with you as I know it would be a blessing to many. Here are the secrets to the successful journey; the excerpts:

1.      Have a clearly defined destination. Where will you like to find yourself as the year ends? What is not clear to you can’t be there for you. What you don’t define, you can’t find.

2.      Avoid distractions. What is not your intention is not worth your attention. Enmity, discouraging comments are distractions and should be avoided.

3.      Refuse to be drawn into strife or competition. Determine to go at God’s pace for your life.

4.      Avoid wrong company; people who are not going in your direction. Identify those with similar passion, enthusiasm, inspiration and direction with you and flow with them.

5.      Refuel to maintain progress; that is, take time in the presence of God, study of the word of God, prayers and fasting.

6.      Be sensitive to divine directions.

7.      Travel light; that is, drop bitterness and addictions that work against your life.

8.      Finally, keep knocking on doors till one opens no matter what. Refuse to be confronted into confusion or refuse to be resisted into stagnation. By all means, make move, take a chance, take risk, dare the biggest challenge and succeed.
